Welcome to Kavaalya's 200-hour Online Teacher Training Course

Before you delve into yoga here's a little about the course structure:

Learning modules:

Live sessions

Live sessions will have time within the title and remark “live”. By entering into a particular live session you will be able to see the Zoom link. We will also share with you the session calendar to help you to organize your daily activities. Remember that live sessions are recorded and will be available under their modules in the platform. 

Recorded materials

Recorded video classes will not have timings however we strongly encourage you to follow the same order so you have the knowledge to participate in discussion during live sessions. Some videos will be available with English subtitles (click on the CC mark on the video)

Assessments:

Quizzes

While you advance you will see under theoretical classes quizzes. Their purpose is to evaluate your knowledge and let you revise the material you learnt. 

Written assignments

From time to time teachers will delegate written assignments.

Practical assessment 

During some practical sessions you will have a chance to conduct the live class to your fellow students. It's a perfect way to test yourself as a Yoga teacher for a while you will be evaluated by our team. 

Final exams / Project

At the end the course awaits a final exam or a project, whichever you choose.
